Yes. Build-Ready and Premium plans include full construction documents — structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC — validated against IRC/IBC building codes. Plans are delivered as DWG/DXF files ready for permit submission.
Absolutely. You only pay the difference when upgrading. For example, if you purchased the Design package ($499) and want to upgrade to Build-Ready ($1,499), you'd pay $1,000.
Floor plans are generated in minutes. Full Build-Ready packages, including engineering documents, typically take 3–5 business days. Premium plans with architect review take 7–10 business days.
One-time packages are for homeowners designing a single home. Pro and Business subscriptions are for architects, designers, and agencies who need to create multiple plans per month with features like white-label exports and API access.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no CAD files have been downloaded. Once construction documents are downloaded, we offer a 50% credit toward a future design.
Yes. All designs are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share your plans with third parties. Business plan customers get additional SSO and audit log features.
HomeForge currently specializes in residential design (single-family homes, duplexes, and ADUs). Commercial building support is on our roadmap for 2025.
